Account Types
To set up an account with TL at Home, you must present a valid business license and resale certificate for a business in our industry.
Account Types and Price Levels are an agreement between the customer and the company. Annual Minimums align with the calendar year. Each January accounts are reviewed to determine the correct Price Level for the upcoming year. Price Levels can be audited upon request. If at any time you feel like your account is not coded correctly for your business type or price level, please contact your territory manager or our customer service team.

Premium:
- Opening order $6,000 / Annual Minimum $10,000
- FREE Domestic Shipping & Handling on all orders once you have reached $6,000 in sales.
- Premium Order Processing Speed.
- Complete selection of sales tools is provided at no charge.
- Individual swatches are available for purchase at $5 each.
Wholesale:
- No Opening Order or Annual Requirements for retail stores. Designers can open at $1500
- Your retail storefront must be open to the public during regular business hours.
- FREE Domestic Shipping & Handling on all orders once you have reached $6000 in sales.
- Complete selection of sales tools can be purchased for $750. That cost is credited back to you with $6000 in sales during the calendar year of your purchase.
- Individual swatches are available for purchase at $5 each.
Designer:
- No Opening Order or Annual Requirements
- Shipping is 7% of the order value.
- $10 Handling Fee per order.
- Complete selection of sales tools can be purchased for $750. That cost is credited back to you with $6000 in sales during the calendar year of your purchase.
- Individual swatches are available for purchase at $5 each.

Lead Times: Stocked Items: 48 hours from receipt of payment
Made to Order (Sheeting and Fashion Fabrics) 4-6 Weeks from receipt of

Order confirmations are sent with estimated delivery dates based on the best current information. Actual lead time starts when the order is paid for. If a production delay occurs, you will be notified.
Rushes: 20% Rush Fee + approval from the Production Manager.
Returns: 25% restocking fee applies. Made to Order items are not returnable.
