Price Levels
Tier 1 Designer: No minimum opening order or yearly sales volume requirement.
Tier 2 Volume Designer: Opening order of $15,000 OR once $35,000 is reached. Annual sales volume of $25,000 is required to remain at this pricing tier.
Tier 3 Retail Dealer: Opening order of $7,500. This price tier is reserved for industry-related showrooms. The showroom must always display a minimum of 5 SKUs as floor samples. Annual sales volume of $25,000 is required to remain at this pricing tier.

Terms: We accept ACH, Check, and Credit Card. When paying by CC, there will be a 3% Fee. There is no fee when paying by ACH or Check. The customer will receive a
payment link along with their invoice when orders are ready to ship.
Drop Ship: Yes. No additional charges apply.
Returns: No
Lead Times: Ships from Massood Warehouse in North Carolina.
Approximate lead Time for IN STOCK Items:
East Coast: 7-10 working days for delivery
Central: 7-14 working days for delivery

If items are on sale or close out, the percentage is based on the customer’s original wholesale price, not the sale/close out price.
White Glove: Azzurro offers a White Glove delivery option when accounts need to ship to a residential address. A quote will need to be provided before orders are confirmed in Codarus CRM.
